[하루생활]에 관한 기본문장 활용

01. 아침 7시에 눈을 떴다.
I got up at 7.
02. 잠을 더 자고 싶었지만 학교에 늦지 않으려면 일어나야만 했다.
I wanted to sleep more, but I had to hurry not to be late for school.
03. 어젯밤 영어공부 하느라 두서너 시간 잠을 잔 탓인지 피곤함을 느꼈다..
I felt tired because I slept for two or three hours to study English.
04. 7시 30분에 아침을 먹고 나서 학교를 향해 출발했다.
After I had breakfast at 7:30, I started for school.
05. 나는 버스를 타고 학교에 다닌다.
I go to school by bus.
06. 아침마다 버스는 항상 승객들로 붐볐다.
Every morning buses were crowded with customers.
07. 만원버스는 나를 항상 짜증나게 했다.

My English teacher had me in a push-up position for the whole period for being tardy 5 minutes for his class.
( have + 목적격대명사 + in a push-up position ～를 엎드려 뻗쳐 자세로 있게 하다, tardy 지각한)
12. 사회시간에 졸다가 걸려서 수행평가 20점 중에서 1점 감점을 받았다.
When I was caught dozing off in social science class, I was penalized one point on my 20-point performance evaluation.

My mother scolded me for being naughty.

My mother didn't allow me to watch TV freely.

My mother always wants me to study very hard.

Sometimes I get angry with my mother. But from now on I will listen to my good mother without complaining.

I really don't like to study but I know I have to study very hard for the future.

After dinner I went to the private institute.

After I studied till late at the institute I came home around 11 p.m..

Keeping an English Diary everyday is difficult for me and it takes too much time.
40. 그러나 하루의 생활을 한 문장이라도 영어로 일기를 쓰려고 노력한다면 영어회화 능력이 배가 되리라고 나는 확신한다.
But I am sure that writing just a few sentences a day will help me to improve my English.

I change buses to go to school every day. There are very crowded in buses, so it is hard for me.
45. 집에서 학교까지는 15분 걸립니다.
It is a 15 minutes walk from my house to school.
46. 저는 아산중학교에 다니며 3학년입니다.
I go to Asan middle school and am in the 3rd grade.
47. 나는 학교에서 하는 방과후 특기적성 활동 수업을 듣고 있다.
I am taking after-school Talents and Aptitude Activities classes at school.
48. 나는 사설학원의 종합반에 다니고 있다. 이 곳에서는 주요과목-국어, 수학, 영어, 과학, 사회-을 다 가르쳐준다.
I am taking "Comprehensive Courses" from a private institute where they teach all major subjects- Korean language, Math, English, Science, and Social Sciences.
49. 나는 영어와 수학은 과외를 받고 있다. 한 주일에 3번 과외를 받는데 과외비는 한 달에 200,000원이다.
I have a private tutor for English and Math. I am being tutored three times a week and the fees are 200,000 won per month.
50. 이번 학기 내 평균은 93점이다.
My average is 93 this semester.
51. 나는 국어에서는 95점, 사회에서는 90점, 과학에서는 92점, 가정과목에서는 85점, 도덕에서는 99점을 받았다.
I got 95 in Korean language, 90 in Social Sciences, 92 in Science, 85 in Home Economics, and 99 in Civics.
