1. 나는 과거에 82키로 몸무게였다. 그래서 나의 별명은 곰이었다. 22살에 군대에 입대했고 입대후부터 살을 빼기 시작했다. 줄넘기를 40분이상하고 주위에 도움을 받으면서 살을 뺏다. 군대에서 나올때 66키로 였다. 지금은 현재 67키로 이고 근육을 늘리고 지방을 줄이면서 몸짱이 되기위해 노력하고 있다.
