I has taken exercise with my friends at health club these days
so that I may lose weight and be healthy.
I take a lot of exercise at there, running,
riding a bicycle and stretching and so on.
Today, I learned how to use a new sports equipment
and how to do stretching some more.
It was so hot that we sweated profusely with getting exercise.
Though doing execise was very hard to us, It was very exciting.
I feel well after doing exercise.
I will exercise eagerly to come to be healthy on and on.
Because moderate exercise is good for the health.
